These Terms govern your use of Property Trader. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1) Service Description

Property Trader is a neutral clearing layer for broker‑led real estate markets. It does not replace listings, negotiations, or brokerage services.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Brokers are responsible for the accuracy of listing data they submit.

3) Confidentiality & Data Use

Reservation values are confidential. The platform exposes only mechanism outputs required for negotiation.

4) Acceptable Use

• No unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with the service.
• No submission of illegal, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• No attempts to reverse‑engineer confidential values of other participants.

5) Clearing Outputs

Clearing results are informational and do not constitute legal advice, valuation advice, or guarantees of closing.

6) Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails required for account verification, security, and negotiation status updates. We do not send marketing emails at this time.

7) Billing

If applicable, fees are triggered only by compatible matches produced by the clearing mechanism, as specified in the broker agreement.

8) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend accounts for security, legal compliance, or misuse. You can close your account at any time via account deletion.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, with venue in Leipzig unless otherwise required by law.
